AP Medical Group or whatever they call themselves now was absolutely awful to me. Dealing with insurance was a nightmare because of their mismanagement and carelessness. I almost lost thousands but thankful only lost a few hundred, no thanks to their habitually rude and aloof office staff. I genuinely wish I had anything nice to say about this place but every single interaction I had with them was truly a negative experience.

Me and my family all have been patients with AP medical for many years . Wendy is the new PA there and we all love her ! She is knowledgeable and attentive to our concerns and issues . She is always going the extra mile when dealing with our different pharmacies and insurance companies and providing excellent communication via emails and texts . The office staff are hard working and pleasant to deal with but they are overworked and under staffed .nItu2019s still difficult to make contact with the office via phone calls but they respond to texts . We appreciate that .nOverall , we are happy with the medical care from AP medical.
