I went in for a DOT physical/drug-screen, and the staff was absolutely friendly, and did all the tests faster than other clinics I've gone to. Also, the medical card provided was the best one I have ever received as well, not clunky, very durable, and folds nicely to fit in wallet. I would definitely visit again. This review is for Piedmont Urgent care, not the PrimaCare shown in the picture.

Staff was nice and professional, but both times the check in process and wait to been seen were both very long and their was not very much going on otherwise so not sure why. I was just their pre employment drug screen both times and was their over an hour each time.

I went in for a drug test, and ended up waiting over an hour before being able to go back. There were 3 in front of me and they were waiting over an hour themselves. Plus I was sitting right at the desk and was overhearing conversation... they were so out of sorts. So much for being called urgent care. If you need medical care, please refrain from coming here... as they are slow... both physically and mentally, and you'll be wasting precious time in your life waiting for people to attend to you who obviously don't care.
