Extremely disappointed, came in a 6pm left at 9pm unattended. My babies would not resist another second crying their lungs out and nobody cared.

I was beyond disappointed(a gross understatement) tonight when I visited this urgent care. We were turned away at 9:25pm, even though they close at 10pm. They said they had a full house and they were not taking any other patients. There were only 4 cars total in the parking lot so I do not see how that justifies a full house. It felt like they could not be bothered to see a patient and made up an excuse to turn us away. It is very unethical that they would turn away a sick child during operational hours. I see below this has happened before. And in my case it was also a male receptionist. You have a problem here, and you need to address it.

Arrived here at 9:27. I rang the bell and the male with glasses that works here opened the door and said, We are actually closing soon but what is wrong with her. I answered him with my daughters symptoms and asked if we can still come in, he said yes. Walking in he asks if this is the first time here in which I responded yes and he made this irritated head movement and face. At this point I don't even want her looked at here and said I will just take her somewhere else in which he just responds ok with his annoyed face. I probably did him a favor. What an unprofessional way to handle a patient. If you don't want people coming in after 9:30 then update your hours and don't be rude. I have brought my other children here in the past and they don't even take longer than 15 minutes so I don't know what he was annoyed about. So unethical to act like this at a place where they are supposed to see children. Never coming here again!

Very satisfied and happy with our visit. We took our almost 2 year old son here the other night, we called prior since we live 45 mins away, she let us know there was no wait but two patients in the back. I filled out all the paperwork online and checked in on the way there. We walked in, the front desk was very nice and collected my co pay and we walked right back to be seen! The pediatrician on was super nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for people like you! Grateful that urgent care after hour places are available for us and our babies!

This place is really good. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. It's a clean office. Dr. Leetoria Shine is so nice. She takes her time on checking the kids. I so recommend this place. My son is 9 months and he had a bad cough. The doctor had us wait so she could monitor him after every medication. But visit was total of maybe 1 hour only because she had to monitor the baby.
