Excellent service. Excellent doctor in the Hurly mountain road branch. My wife went in with an ever expanding, pus filled whatever, under her armpit, that was keeping her awake over the last few nights. The doctor, was very patient with my wife, drained it and gave clear, concise instructions. Much better than the local emergency, hospital rooms in the area.

We have been using Emergency One Urgent Care instead of waiting for an appointment at our primary care office for about 3 years now. We have been very happy with the online available appointments and check in process. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We have received excellent care from all of the doctors and nurses. Recently, I had a sinus infection on a Sunday, we were in and out within 30 minutes and my prescription was at the drugstore.

I booked a place in line, registered online and was seen on time. It was super efficient. The doctor quickly diagnosed I had shingles (luckily a very minor case because I had vaccinated). Put my mind at ease. So happy I went.

My family has been going to Emergency One for the past few years. We have always had a positive experience. Everyone has always been friendly and professional. Going on the website and booking an appointment is easy. I was always updated as to an approximate time I would be seen. The doctor listened to my issues and addressed any concerns I had.

I came in with an ear infection. I was brought into a room and had a nurse check my temperature, she left, and then I waited 40 min for a nurse practitioner who came in, looked in my ear, said oh well that looks infected, put something in my ear and then walked away, came back with a piece of paper for me to sign and then left again while i still just had shit in my ear, and then I waited for 15 minutes for her to return (with something unexplained and with no info just put in my ear and left there!). Just horrible service and very unprofessional. What is up with doctors these days.
