New patient. First appointment and the wait was very minimal and the place is cute and clean. I see Courtney and she seems great. Seems to actually care and listen which you do not find now a days. First visit was impressive. Hoping all are as pleasant.

I wish I could give them a lower review! First of all good luck getting them to answer the phone and if they do they are RUDE! The office staff is horrendous. Rude every single time, can't call in a prescription in a timely manner and randomly stops billing your insurance after a year and says you owe $700. This whole place is only in it for the money! Drs don't listen to you and refuse to refer you to a specialist. You wait in the lobby for an hour to see the dr for 5 mins. They make you come in every month just to get a refill for a medication you've been on for years(not a controlled substance either). I would NEVER recommend this place.

My mother is a patient of Dr. Randi Ballard Dickerson and is currently visiting me in Chicago. Unfortunately, she forgot her insulin and has been trying to get a prescription sent to a local pharmacy for the past two business days. Despite calling multiple times, leaving several messages with the answering service, and speaking with front desk staff, she has been unable to reach anyone who can assist with transferring the prescription. This lack of responsiveness is extremely concerning and not the level of care one should expect from a primary care provider.

Dr Randi Ballard-Dickerson is the best! She kind, understanding and patient. She doesn't act like she's heard the same symtoms hundreds of times before. She makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room. She's very thorough.
