Great experience!!! I didnu2019t have an appointment for a vaccine but they got me in quickly. And they were kind about. They didnu2019t act like they were put out; which often happens when a patient shows up unexpectedly.. Believe me Iu2019ve seen it. Iu2019ve been in the medical field since the mid 80u2019s. So thank you for your kind and professional responses. You ladies are Classy. The PA, Pat was awesome. She explained the procedure, gave me my injection, answered my questions and I was on my way in minimal time.

The staff is polite and helpful. They rarely overbook. I feel they respect my time by not needing to wait for extended periods of time in the waiting room to be called back. The doctor comes into the room very timely.

Just had my annual physical, mammogram, bone density and blood tests done. Prompt, kind, efficient. Met with my new doctor-Dr. Bieck. Very pleased. He was friendly and patient. I did not feel rushed. Feel lucky to have him after my doctor retired.

While we're disappointed with the recent change in location, we will always be grateful for the dedication of Dr. Sarah Hicks and her Nurse Beth. Their continued care of us is gratefully accepted. With the location change, came some in-office changes like who takes blood samples, and seeing the familiar faces of Dr. Hicks' staff. We miss the familiarity of the old office but we'll manage...until we don't. :0)
