I just had a surgical procedure last week and I can say every interaction I had with the facility was pleasant and professional. From scheduling, to registration and the medical staff in pre-and post op, everyone was great. The charge nurse during my surgery was wonderful, very calming and I could tell she was a seasoned veteran, which made me feel even more comfortable. Anna was also very pleasant and helpful during pre-op.

Had an endoscopy here. Dr sardana is great. And I have problems trusting doctors due to my history in hospitals and many ER visits all over including it of State. And everyone here that took care of me did an amazing job I could've cried. That's not an exaggeration. The energy was so uplifting and the ladies taking me back and everyone were so funny and made me forget about my health problems. Whoever helped me on January 7th 2025. Id come back again.

Both my son and I had to have procedures here within the past year and I have been so pleased with the facility. Both times, we were called back before expected and everything was quick and efficient. The women who did registration both times were extremely nice and efficient. The nurses are so kind and explain everything thoroughly. They were also especially kind to my son, which I am so grateful for. When doing something you donu2019t want to be doing or that can be nerve wracking, the staff made it so much better with how efficient and quick everything was. My sonu2019s biggest memories of his procedure are not that it was scary - it was the toy he got when we arrived so he could play with something to distract him, the stickers he got to decorate the bed, and getting to ride out to the car in a wagon.

I am not sure why this place only has a 3-star rating at the moment but this place was one of the best in terms of service. The staff was extremely nice and treated you like a person. Other places just treat you like an item that needs to be processed. The nurses did an awesome job with making me comfortable. The anesthesiologist sedated me just enough so that I was actually able to walk out the door after my endoscopy. Other place knocked me out and I had to stay in bed for a day. The results came back within 24 hours so I was very happy. This place is not too crowded so there is ample room for parking. I had to bring my kids and I appreciate the front desk staff for playing Cars for my kids. I would highly recommend this place and not sure what happened in the past that they got a 3-star rating but they're definitely top tier in term of service.
