Iu2019ve been Going to Willowbrook Medical center for well over 9 years. I was referred by quite a few firefighters who have been going to Dr. B since they were kids. I have trusted him and his staff with myself, my daughter and mother.nDr B and his staff are great and take the time to listen instead of rushing you out.nYou arenu2019t paying for fancy office, you are paying for a listening ear and good follow up, and his referrals are as good also!

I had there 8:20 and they were still closed,they opened after that.nI asked the black lady on the front and another white lady Iu2019m here to renew my medical and she said to me go drink coffee no doctor today. I said excuse me and they just started laughing. Iu2019m not recommending this place Service 0 Friendly 0 once there and never again.

Two stars instead of one because the Dr was good enough to prescribe me a year's worth of badly needed medication. Saw the Dr 40 some days ago and still have not heard back. Have not received a promised copy of my blood work Via Email to take to my Endocrinologist appointment. I am assuming that my test results were mixed or not as serious as first thought or I would have been contacted...Right? For all the positive reviews, I cannot understand why the doctor had no problem insulting me and my life choices (non-medical)... steadily throughout my visit...especially when he knew I was having a severe panic attack. Was he having a bad day or should I too have multiple marriages and be supporting children in my late 60's?nUpdate: Saw Endocrinologist last week and was diagnosed with type II Diabetes. Thanks Willowbrook Medical center and DR Bilotta for letting me go another two months untreated. One Star now.

Just awful! I had a horrible experience at this place. The front desk people are so bad, not organized, nobody knows a simple answer, you have to talk to 3 people to get an answer on your file/process, Doctor/nurse are bad, just donu2019t try wasting your time and energy with this place. It was stressful and overwhelming for no reason.

The doctor there is the rudest, most unprofessional medical u201cprofessionalu201d Iu2019ve ever met. Do not go here. Anywhere else is better.
