My experience with the guys working there was a pleasure. They were kind and helpful. The guy at the front desk offered me water and he was very helpful with helping me find the paperwork I needed to get started for my drug screen. The guy who did my actual drug screening was also fast and courteous. Five stars to that staff over there. Team work makes the dream work! Thanks again, guys and keep up the great work!! This location is top notch. They are polite, helpful, attentive, and caring. I had a work-related injury and I was taken to a location close to where I work. The staff was great, but the doctor was awful. I decided to go to therapy closer to where I live and I am so glad I did. The doctor, the front desk, staff, the nurses and the physical therapists are all great at this Frisco Concentra. I highly recommend going to this location if you want to be treated like a person and not a number.

I had a work-related accident and have been visiting this Concentra since November 2022. On my first visit, the facility was busy, but the gentleman at the front desk remained calm and composed, even as some patients grew impatient. His professionalism was impressive. Four months later, I can confidently say that the team here maintains the same high standard of care I experienced during my initial visit. My past experiences with urgent care facilities were inconsistent, but this has been a consistently positive experience. Thank you for your excellent service!

I go to this Concentra quite often because of my job needs. The people there are the best! They are friendly, professional, very efficient, and quick. Going to a Medical Clinic is not necessarily fun, but the people at this Concentra make the visit a very pleasant experience. I thank them for everything they do and highly recommend them.
