While considering a local primary doctor Dr Vigna was brought to our attention. We made an appointment, a difficult decision since we had an excellent primary at the time. We are seniors and very comfortable with the decision. In our opinion Dr Vigna is thorough, has vast perspective medical knowledge, is articulate and answers all questions. The receptionists as well as associates are professional, understanding and courteous providing a calming environment.nnOverall FirstCare experiences, including short notice, have been excellent this far.

We had an AMAZING experience here the other night. The receptionist Kirstin is so extremely helpful and kind, and she was so above and beyond sweet and kind to my daughter it completely made her night. I canu2019t say enough about how wonderful she was. She is a true gem, we loved her. We saw the NP Katie who was very knowledgeable and thorough, she was super helpful and also went above and beyond to ensure we received the best care possible. We also arrived at 6:50 (ten min before closing) and they both treated us so well despite likely wanting to leave for the night. We will definitely return!

I came in with my son yesterday because he was having some ear pain. We were in the area visiting family and needed a place that was highly rated and took our out-of-network insurance. David saw us and was quickly able to navigate our issue and alleviate my son's nerves. Then Julie, the PA, came in, spoke to us and was able to get us the treatment we needed. Both of them had outstanding bedside manner and were able to keep my son comfortable through the process. I cannot recommend FirstCare enough for their service and especially the care that David and Julie provided. Thank you!

I unfortunately sustained one of the worst heel/ankle injuries possible. Fortunately though, First Care Medical's initial treatment was as prompt and professional as it gets. First Care's staff was highly attentive and very well organized. Upon subsequent arrival to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital as the next stop (given the gravity of the injury) the physicians there all commented on the excellent work done by First Care to initially identify and stabilize the injury (which made clear how truly fortunate I'd been to have First Care so close). The process of healing for the last 8 months has been arduous, but with excellent progress, and without a doubt that initial quality medical treatment received at First Care made an enormous and positive difference over the long haul with this. And for that I'll be eternally grateful to the good folks at First Care Medical - and unhesitating in highly recommending this care facility to one and all should the need ever arise. It made a real difference in my circumstance and I remain very thankful for the good care received there.
