Just go ahead and die, we donu2019t care is the best motto for this place. Just moved to Cottonwood and BCBS recommended this establishment, they are willing to grant me the privilege of an appointment in 7 months. Good luck with these heartless people, they need 6 months of nothing brought by truck because they have zero respect for the human being delivering their food.

I had the best experience at the ER here in Cottonwood! Thank you to the staff,nPrimary Nurse - TyranNurse - TinanAndnDr. TownleynnAbsolute Rockstars! Took care of me from beginning to end! I felt important and that I mattered! Thank you!nnAnd for all the negative comments you all make about the length of time, be grateful that you have a place to get care! Itu2019s refreshing to be cared for and to feel human! I appreciate YOU!

For the most part I have had pretty much a wonderful experiences with my main primary doctor, but I guess sometimes an establishment, will hire some people that doesnu2019t represent them well and show what I would consider unhealthy ethics! On one of my medical visits there. I meet a nurse practitioner who was cold, and at the end of my appointment this nurse practitioner role their eyes at me like I was unbelievable, or that I was lying, or something. So, I guess one bad experience is what it is!nDM

I wish I could give 0 stars. I rushed my wife to the ER because she was having major complications after having a double mastectomy. Obvious signs of a massive infection was taking place.nExtremely short story to this. I felt like we were in a third world country. Ancient technology obviously not updated in years, sheets on the bed had numerous holes in them, 1 Doctor to see over 80 patients this shift are obviously problems with the administration. I took almost 7 hours from the time we arrived to be seen by the doctor. I could go on and on, but by far the worst experience was having to deal with the rudest most Uncompassionate nurse I have ever met. For reference , I have spent over two weeks in the hospital with my wife and been to dozens of appointments with her. I have meet some of the most amazing people in the world, the nurses and doctors at Banner Hospitals and MD Anderson.nDoctor S. Is an exception in this story. Despite his lack of support, he showed compassion and quickly helped us through this difficult time.

Dr. Estipona is a wonderful physician! He is not only very knowledgeable and professional, but friendly and helpful!nHe encourages his patients to contact him anytime between visits if thereu2019s a concern. We are so fortunate to have him and his staff here in Cottonwood!
