This is a 2 part review.nn1. I badly cut my hand and needed stitches at 8:00 pm on a Saturday. The team was fantastic and figured out how to get me treated quickly. 5 stars.nnI was told to come back 1-2 days later. The next day was Easter so I did not come back on day 1. I came back on day 2 at 5:50 after work.nn2. I informed the lady at the desk that i was here to get checked out as I was told to do 1-2 days later. I was told there were no openings until 8:40 PM. For someone to look at a wound and say looks or good or looks bad. 1 star.nnNo I cannot wait around for 3 hrs to get seen.nnNot one single person was in the waiting room BTW.nnEvidently I should have set an appointment, though I was not told to do so and judging by the number of people in the waiting room there was little reason I couldnu2019t be seen within a reasonable amount of time. No 3 hrs to wait when there is nobody waiting is ridiculous.nnI am a very patient person and would have been more than willing to wait a little but nothing available for 3 hrs?

I was able to schedule a same day appointment, which I appreciated alot. I'm glad I ended up going to First Care, everyone was very nice and friendly. Dr Leisha Fowler was attentive and educational. She introduced me to a few different ideas I hadn't considered.nnI will be going back in the future!

Dr. Elkin helped my fiance with some facial sutures- he really took his time and explained the process. We could tell he really cared about the outcome and did his best work. We appreciated him and the staff for getting us in fast! Really appreciated everyone there.

Dr Ligus is great! I was visiting from Oregon, and needed care while i was here. I wish i could take him back home with me! Doctors like this are rare these days. A lot of docs Iu2019ve encountered are in a big hurry and rarely take the time with patients like he does. Dr Ligus is a very good doctor, very thorough and takes time to clearly explain results, and covers all the bases! Very impressed with this urgent care. The entire staff was awesome!

Check in process was a breeze and meeting Dr.Melanie Boyer was the best she listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable she offered some natural remedies that could work for me and research on some of my other concerns.
