I read all the previous reviews, and I was expecting the worst. However, once I was there, it was pretty simple and fast. All the nurses and the doctor were super nice and friendly. I have no complaints at all.

Dr Monica M . Refused service cause she u201cjust canu2019t do itu201d she was to busy and she told me to go to emergency. I wounded my toe must have toe nail removed but she expressed she couldnu2019t do it because she is busy and she is only one personnnI am a very transparent person I deal with people 24/7 I wouldu2019ve waited but for her too look at me say u201citu2019s bad you need it removed Iu2019m to busy I just canu2019t do it u201c is sooo unprofessional and before I left she told me she wonu2019t charge my insurance and she act as if I was never there .

I traveled all across the country for work this is by far the worst clinic to come to it shouldn't take two hours for a drug screen. Very unprofessional I don't use drugs but they treat you like you are a drug user I would rate this place zero stars if I could.

Do not go here even if your company offers it for free. Save yourself the headache and pay for it yourself. I was offered to go here for a free DOT drug test by my company. Itu2019s been well over a week and still no results. Go to Fastest Labs in Chula Vista for your drug tests. Itu2019s way better to just pay out of pocket and go to the better place than waste 4 hours here for delayed results if any. This place is ghetto. The nurse here had an attitude as well. Unprofessional.
