The front desk was really nice but the doctor was horrible. She walked in with a very negative attitude and asking non medical questions. When I told her how I felt about it she never tried to make it better but instead ended the care and said I can leave.

Dr. O is extremely caring, intelligent, and thoughtful, and her staff is amazing with great attitudes. I will definitely keep my appointment!!

I was a patient of Dr. Otaigbe at one point in the past. I would not recommend her. She's rude and unfeeling. She also made me feel bad about some issues I had going on and accused me of drug seeking adderall for weight loss. At that point I stopped taking the meds because I didn't want to go back and I was so embarrassed. My work started to become effected and my boss noticed and pulled me into her office to discuss what was going on. It got that bad because I ACTUALLY do have ADHD. So I went to a new physician and have been with him ever since.nnThe shaming of me taking ADHD meds was the cherry on the cake. She was really rude about some OB issues I was having too. I would never recommend her and I actually make it known how terrible she is to anyone who ever thinks about going to see her.nnIf you like being treated as less of a human being or have problems going on that need medical attention - don't go to her

1:30 appointment on 3/2/20. Dr. Otaigbe said she wanted some labs. Checked at the front desk while leaving to see if I could do them right then. The woman at the front desk asked me to wait while she found out what labs and if they required fasting. She came back saying I had to fast, and to just stop in anytime. About 9 am this morning (3/3/20)I stopped in. I was told there was no labs ordered and that she was waiting to set what came back from labs ordered by a neurologist. Labs I told her the day before had not and probably would not be done, as I'm a vet who's already getting collection calls (as well as relatives getting calls) trying to collect on bills owed by the VA for my medical care. I refuse to do anything until it's confirmed it's covered by the VA.nnI have PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I'm practically a shut in and present with autistic traits. Ive been unemployed for years, and am unemployable. Even I sell help from the Mississippi VA, I get run in circles. I get my primary care switched to a civilian (I have no real choice of who) ab's this is the first and last experience with this doctor that I will have.nnPLEASE sue me for defamation, libel, and slander. Ive got the audio recordings to play in court. Currently working on getting this doctor blacklisted with the VA

My experience at this clinic had been 1st class. Top shelf care and the staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent facilities! A+
