Took my 18mo in for what turned out to be nursemaidu2019s elbow. The receptionist, MA, NPu2019s, and XR tech were all friendly and professional. They were so sweet to my little girl. They took X-rays and fixed her arm pretty quickly. They asked my permission for the NP in training to perform the procedure which was appreciated, as Iu2019ve had Drs tell me the trainee is going to do it because u201cthey need to learnu201d. Iu2019m surprised by the negative reviews as we had an all around great experience here.

Terrible waste of my time. The CHUBBY dark hair u201cnurseu201d was horrible u2026 went in for a recurrent acute sinusitis infection, her only main concern was if I had Covid symptomsu2026 she was more worried about treating me if I had Covid instead of asking me questions about what was really going on with me and why I was actually in there for in the first place. I think Iu2019ll start going to Perrysburgs urgent care from now on.nDonu2019t waste your time on the EastSide if you are sick.nThe more I think about how unprofessional this thing looked and actedu2026.. I wouldnu2019t send my farm animals to see this unprofessional person. I was hoping the lady that took my vitals was going to take care of meu2026. Instead I got stuck with the unprofessional person ud83dude21

Have went to this urgent care since they have opened, but today 5/6/25 I brought my teenager in to get her leg checked out due to a injury and possible meniscus tear, the medical assistant who brought us back was very rude, to the point my daughter who brushes everything off even said u201cshe must hate her job with how rude she isu201d the NP on the other hand is as absolutely amazing very nice and very understanding. I would hate for one person to ruin the urgent care experience but I will not be returning unless I can choose to not have her as my MA.

I will never return to this urgent care ever. Last time I went here 2 weeks ago it was the most in kid friendly place Iu2019ve ever been. The nurse that came to get us from the lobby was the rudest person Iu2019ve ever met and should never work anywhere there are children present unfortunately I didnu2019t catch her name. She failed to completely check us in because my child who is autistic and only 4 yrs old wouldnu2019t get on the scale and made us go back into the waiting room horrible experience.

I called this office on behalf of a patient and to my demise the practitioner Erin alongside the assistant Erin was beyond rude. Not only was I spoken to rudely they hung up on me, as I was kindly speaking. Some people lack the compassion the health field needs. Iu2019d hate to blame the technicalities on race however that could very well be the reason why we were treated poorly. I wouldnu2019t recommend anyone to get care at this office because itu2019s evident they do not have the compassion or patience needed in this field.
