Front desk staff were extremely nice and checking in was quick and easy. I did have to wait roughly an hour however the waiting room was full and given the amount of patients waiting I feel like I got back fairly quick. I will definitely be coming to this location for more of my healthcare needs.

I went to Concentra on Topperwein. All of the staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. The waiting area and screening rooms were clean.nIt is on a walk in basis. The wait time was minimal. I was in and out within 30 min or less.nnI definitely recommend Concentra!!

I visited Concentra Urgent Care on Topperwein in Live Oak and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the check-in process was prompt, and the front desk staff were courteous and professional. I appreciated the clean facility and the respectful demeanor of the employees.nnHowever, the long wait times significantly impacted my overall experience. After being quickly placed in an exam room, I waited alone approximately one hour before seeing a doctor. Following the initial consultation, I waited another hour to receive my test results and speak with the doctor again. In total, I spent about two hours at the clinic u2014 which is excessive for an urgent care visit.nnWhile the staff were kind and the environment was pleasant, the delays made the visit frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location due to the extended wait times. If youu2019re seeking more timely care, I would suggest exploring other urgent care options in the area.

Came in for DOT drug/hair follicle test. Check in ladies were very nice. ud83dude0a Nurse in back was nice as well and took good care of me. In and out in about 30 mins.
