Best Doctor I have ever had. Both me and my wife had weight loss surgery and everyone we touched during our process was super nice, encouraging and they actually want everyone to succeed. Weight loss clinic patients, be VERY careful to confirm if each provider is in-network, and ask about charges ahead of time. A dependent family member received ancillary weight loss clinic services that we assumed were in-network; the clinic knew which insurance plan we had and didn't warn us that some providers were out-of-network. We just received a bill for nearly $600--for 2 weight loss counseling sessions! The charge was so high that my insurance company contacted me to request authorization for third-party adjudication. We can't obtain a network exception because the provider has left the clinic (you bet I asked for one!). We just had to cancel additional ancillary services because another provider at the weight loss clinic was outside the network. Shame on you, South Bend Clinic. The patient was young and didn't know to ask about network participation at scheduling, and I didn't know about it until an exhorbitant bill arrived.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiting time was short. The doctor was very knowlegeable and caring. As soon as I left the office, my ankle was feeling better already! I would recommend him to anyone seeking help for those kinds of problems.
