This facility is dirty. Not clean at all. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the lobby, dirty chairs, filthy floors and bugs. The staff is nice but disgusting for a medical facility.

The doctor was extremely concerned about my pain level and took great care not to hurt me while removing my stitches. u00a0Wait time was less than 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. u00a0The check-in agent is kind, compassionate, and extremely competent. u00a0Iu2019d rather not need to return to an Urgent Care facility but if I do, this will definitely be the one. u00a0Iu2019ve been here twice before and each time the staff impressed me with their knowledge, efficiency and consideration.

Dr here are very kind and personable. Made me feel comfortable and they explained everything in detail even using a 3d imaging to shown me exactly what they were talking about. Staff was always smiling and always addressed me by name which made me feel comfortable there. Would recommend this location and would definitely go back if needed.

We arrived in the area in the morning and my daughter started having a sore throat. We were due to board a cruise ship in the morning so I got her checked out. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We got in and out super fast. I am very pleased with the service!

Had physical therapy and the therapist noticed I was in severe pain and right away notified the doctor so as to get me worked in to their daily patient schedule to have a pain injection asap. Great staff and overall wonderful experience each time.
