I have used this urgent care several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a short wait to get in but it usually doesnu2019t take very long. The doctors are kind and empathetic. At a recent visit I forgot to grab my water bottle on the way out, and when I went back they couldnu2019t find it, but they located it later and texted me that it was found so I was able to pick it up. Very helpful staff, thank you!

Neither my temperature nor blood pressure were taken. NP Jan halfway left the room twice while I was asking questions. No they were not busy, there were 3 patients there total while I was there. The nurse appeared drowsy and a bit unsteady on her feet. I know urgent cares are often just a stop in for testing, but this lack of care was disappointing. Not my first bad experience here but continue to try them due to convenience but will be going elsewhere until a changes are made. AFC, please find better staffing for this Monrovia area (North Madison) location.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. Getting an appointment was incredibly easy and the check in process was smooth and efficient.nThe nurse practitioner, Amber, and other staff members, Tori and Que, were friendly and professional. It was refreshing to find an urgent care facility that prioritizes patient care and convenience!

I took my son in this place recently and was treated very poorly. They struggled to figure out how to check us in which resulted in us waiting well past when we shouldu2019ve. Then the NP Janice ignored everything I tried to explain about his symptoms. She said he probably had the flu, but his flu test was negative. I told her I was worried about pneumonia and she said she wouldnu2019t consider it until more days had passed. She literally pushed us out the door with no care. I took him to a different urgent care the next day and he had pneumonia in both lungs and an ear infection. My son couldu2019ve come to serious harm if I had listened to this completely ignorant woman. She also delayed his treatment for a whole day by sending us away without listening to my concerns. Angry does not even begin to describe how this makes me feel.

Avoid this place. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. When I arrived I was treated poorly immediately because I was not wearing a mask (which was not required). I was then told that the medical assistant had not yet arrived, and there would be a wait. I asked if I could wait in the truck, and the lady told me I would have to check back in when I came back inside... fine. When I saw the medical assistant arrive 30 minutes late, I went back inside. The lady at the desk scowled at me and let me sit down for approximately 5 minutes before calling me back to the counter. I was bypassed by other patients who were scheduled after me. When I asked why, I was told that I was told I was not allowed to go outside to wait, which is a complete lie, and also different than when I was at the site a week previously with NO ISSUES AT ALL with a different front desk worker. By this time I was 1 hour past my scheduled appointment without being seen. I cancelled the appointment and left. I do not recommend this location at all. While the medical staff is good, the untrained office staff are terrible.
