From Reception, nurses, Doctors, and beyond I was very pleased with how I was received and treated.nnI had a shoulder problem was quickly checked in, called back in less then 5 minutes.nnThe nurse check me right away and from when she left till my doctor came in was again less then 5 minutes.nnI was examined, diagnosed, and on my way in less then a half hour all together.nnBy the time I left they had already sent my prescription over and was able to pick it up on my way home no wait.nnI am extremely pleased with the experience the professionalism here,nI hope i don't need another urgent care soon.But if I do I know exactly where i'm going! 10/10 5u2606

This place is really nice. From the staff, to the nurses, to the P.A.u2019s and M.Au2019s. After having to go to the ER and being blown off once they diagnosed me with Covid, I still knew something was wrong, but the hospital blamed Covid for all my symptoms and sent me on my way.nnAfter two days, I was worse and so I went to this urgentcare. I told them I was at the ER mostly for fluids, but once they saw a positive Covid test, they were done. They unhooked the bag of fluids that was less than half empty and sent me out the door.nnTwo days later, I chose to be seen at this urgent care since while my doctor told me to go to the ER. The urgent care was great! The check in was quick and easy. It was busy but I was able to make an appointment and was seen within an hour and they were busy,nnThey promised they would at least do the tests they needed. They did exactly that. The only problem was that they had to send out the labs, It was going to be 24 to 72 HOURS for results. After a week of vomiting and not being able to eat or drink, that felt like a lifetime.nnI found out the next day that NONE of my symptoms were related to Covid. I had norovirus and salmonella poisoning ON TOP OF THE COVID.nnThey not only took the time to talk to me AND LISTEN when I said this wasnu2019t adding tonnThe doctor or MA who worked with me was amazing. The two nurses were also near the same. The building was clean and everything in order. I fully trust this clinic.

MD Sara Pierce was fantastic. Super friendly and listened to every symptom ove been experiencing on/off the few weeks. Never felt rushed. Those are the things I like.

Wouldn't recommend had flu like symptoms wouldn't give any antibiotics. Wanted me to come back so they could bill me again. Message my primary dr he sent over prescription for antibiotics to walgreens.

Utilized this Urgent Care on multiple occasions. Facility is well- equipped, with a lab, pharmacy on site and pretty kind staff. I am usually very disappointed in wait times. This latest time we went my husband made an appointment for the Urgent Care, he wasn't taken back till an hour after his appointment time. The waiting room wasn't filled- it was the middle of the day, and the website said making an appt would make the process faster. Better staffing or configurations should take place. I have to give high recognition to Michael Wood the PA; absolutely fantastic- he was one of the best health providers we have ever had. He was so patient, we never felt rushed, listened to every detail we stated and truly made it seem like he wanted the best outcome for us.
