I visited this site on three recent occasions, first for the flu followed by a bacterial infection, which I learned is common following the flu. Most recently, for an upper respiratory infection. With each visit, I was greeted pleasantly, check-in was a breeze, and I was taken to an exam room within 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They called in prescriptions, making sure the locations were convenient for me. I am from out of town, they took care of my insurance claim, making everything easy.nThe facility is clean and has easy access, right inside the main door with parking right in front. I had a very positive experience.nI think it is very important to reiterate, everyone was so nice and pleasant! Whoever is in charge of hiring and managing, keep up the good work!

I remember it being good before but now, ooof, 6 people doing paperwork or whatever at desks and only one actual provider for the patients so an appointment made for 115 turned into over an hour of waiting. DisgustingnHire more actual doctors.nThe actual doctor was great and did a great job. The staffing is the reason for the review

Everyone was great they were helpful. They knew I didnu2019t feel good from the way I looked and they were very, very nice. The girl that took my blood pressure temperature and stuff and the PA that came in. She was lovely. Help me got my prescription ready and then send it to my pharmacy. Every time I go they are so kind, easy going, and professional. Just like schools, healthcare can be understaffed as well, itu2019s not their fault! Even when they are, Iu2019m shocked at how little the wait times is. The staff is down to earth, compassionate, and thorough. The doctor explained a treatment plan until I could get an appointments, gave me medication and explained the side effects beforehand which was amazing (bc they were as uncomfortable as she explained). She seemed to want me to know how Iu2019ll be feeling even after I left. Been coming for years and have never had a bad time.
