The waiting room is stuffy and usually filled with mask holes. Thankfully the wait time is not very long. The patient rooms are much more comfortable that the lobby. The staff is all compassionate and kind. I have only seen nurse practitioners here, and they seem to have a sense of humor or were atleast kind enough to laugh at my jokes. Seriously, my jokes are good so when Pele do not laugh I know they have no souls. The front desk ladies are kind and professional, but they are not hot chicks, and I feel like if they were out would make everyone feel better from the get. I recommend this place if you are in need of urgent care in Battle Creek Michigan, because all the other urgent cares in Battle Creek Michigan really suck

Donu2019t waste your time. I now have pneumonia 7 days after going to this place. This was a drive thru. They didnu2019t prescribe me anything. They did the normal blood pressure etc etc and said I had a viral infection and have a good day. Would never ever go again.

Iu2019m so sad this place got such bad reviews as I almost didnu2019t bother with them because of that. I did however bring my son in for what I figured was a broken foot. Every single staff member was beyond amazing and so caring. I walked in got seen right away and was back out in almost no time. Thought maybe it was just a fluke that it went so well but three days later I had to bring another son in for an infected finger. Yet again wait wasnu2019t bad at all and every single person from check in to check out was amazing. This is the best urgent care I have ever been to and the only one I will return to if needed.

First off: I hate urgent care centers. I never have a good experience. So when I had to bring my 1.5 year old in, I was already prepared for a terrible experience.nThis changed starting with Suzette, who should be teaching master classes in reception/healthcare work. My son's insurance was not registering, and rather than hanging on this concept, she finished the registration and let me sit down while she worked on the issue on her own. She then let me know she had figured out the medicaid system was down. She helped me with the billing issue so I wouldn't be billed as having no insurance, and followed up with the issue later in the week.nTHAT WAS JUST THE CHECK IN.nI then was in and out of this office within 30 minutes, right before closing. The nurse (I believe her name was Stevie?) was not only quick, but incredibly thourough in her explanations and procedures. She strep tested my son so quickly he hardly noticed and was back with the results in ten minutes.nI felt safe, heard, and cared for at this facility. I will never go anywhere else for urgent care. Thank you to everyone who helped me and my baby feel better during a terrible time.
