I came here with a fever of 101.8, body aches, chills, cough and runny nose, and a headache. They gave me a covid and flu test, both of which were negative. I currently work as direct care staff, in-home care. The doctor, who I won't name in order to protect their privacy, provided me with a diagnosis of bronchitis. So they send me off with a note saying I can return to work after 24 hours without a fever. Shortly after, a person which I tend to has caught Influenza A. This mistake put lives at risk. I would advise you to go elsewhere. I understand that some tests may be faulty or that mistakes are sometimes made, but in healthcare mistakes can be fatal. This is unacceptable.

Got in quickly but nurse didn't listen to me and called in med I already had and what she called in wasn't covered by my insurance. Poor listening skills which is too bad. Must listen to the patient in order to determine main problem.

Fell off my horse & was fairly sure I had broken my wrist:( Mandy got me registered & handed me off to Nurse Jennifer who gently x-rayed my hand & arm. Dr. Henegar explained my compression break & Nurse Jennifer got me bandaged & splinted up! Not happy with this place at all. I give 0 stars if I could. I was sick having issues and not once but twice they messed up the testing and wanted me to come back for the 3rd time due to using the wrong swabs and containers as well as getting my blood pressure wrong. I live 32 miles away so I wasn't doing it a 3rd time. Also I called for days and could not get through to anyone and when I finally did they had no idea what I was talking about. I waisted my time and gas for nothing. I ended up getting in with my primary care doctor which took time but she did everything right. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

place has gone downhill. Dr. Girlick, or however you spell it, does not listen to patient concerns. i went and was told u201cyou either have strep, bronchitis, or covidu201d to which i said u201cwell i have needed an inhaler when iu2019ve had bronchitis in the past.u201d and she said u201cwell we donu2019t know if it is bronchitis.u201d no tests were ran, she just felt my neck with her fingers.i went back about 2 weeks ago for an infection, was treated, and here i am today with a fever, nausea, vomiting and chills. i went to a different doctor who couldnu2019t believe they did not treat me for my u201cactualu201d infection. they treated me for something i didnu2019t have while my actual infection worsened. thankfully the rural clinic in willow springs got me lined out this morning. will not go back as long as Dr. Garlic is in office.
