We got rapid testing done here today to return to Canada. Scan the barcode, pay, go to the east side of the building and call the number on the door! The nurse we had come out to deal with us was extremely nice and funny and helpful!

Dr Novak might be a little too serious and sometimes even a little grumpy, but he has always listened to my concerns and diagnose my symptoms very accurately. His nurse, Martha, is the best; she has worked there forever and itu2019s always a pleasure to interact with her too.The office hours are very convenient as well, I like the fact that he closes late, and opens Saturdays.

Honestly this was the worst experience I ever had. I was waiting with an appointment to be seen for 3 hours and the staff almost didn't take me in due to lack of knowledge. When I got to the back novak rushed my visit and evaluated me in less than 2 minutes. He was extremely rude and cut me off so many times. This man should not have a license with that attitude. He didn't prescribe me anything for my throat and still has the nerve to tell me to come back in two days. After dealing with countless attitudes and unprofessional staff. I will never go back again. Word of mouth is very familiar these days especially in this small valley and I will recommend no one to come here.

So I change my doctor to come over here because when I was a kid this place used to be helpful. No that I'm older and need to be seen, this place isn't being cooperative and not answering any phone calls. I've been calling and calling to know about my lab results and yet I haven't been seen for 3 weeks. This is ridiculous I need to know what's going on with my health and front desk people dont even bother to answer the phone. I need my check ups.

When doing a piss test for employment drug testing, the staff should go into the restroom after you are done and seal and label the sample cup in front of you, not have all three of them chit chat and say, All done, go away now.How do I know you didn't mess with the sample, spill it, or put someone else's name on it?Go back to school till you are versed in the professional and proper way your job should function.
