I had an excellent first experience here. I waited not even 5 minutes to be seen. My ultrasound tech, Megan, was kind and easily the most knowledgeable tech Iu2019ve ever had. She was extremely thorough and explained everything she was doing throughout the entire scan.

Maternal fetal at this location has the absolute worst bedside manorsu2026 especially the tech Misty who does the ultrasounds. She had me leave, crying on multiple occasions due to how she spoke to me. She is extremely aggressive and rude, she should NOT be working with such a vulnerable population of women. I am unsure if it was a race issue, or she is just a miserable person all around to everyone. She would make passive aggressive comments to me and my family members, making us feel unwelcome, was aggressively rough on my body, and clearly doesnu2019t want to do her job. She wouldnu2019t print out ultrasound photos for me, and on one occasion told me u201cshe shouldnu2019t be doing a growth ultrasound at 4pmu201d as if I am the one that made her schedule. Misty is not the only rude one here, the front end staff were terrible and unaccommodating when it came to making appointments. To the point I had to miss multiple non stress tests and scans toward the end of my pregnancy. After being in an accident that totaled my car, I was told by the nurse here that I needed to u201cwork with them moreu201d when it came to appointments times and availability. They have no compassion or empathy. Ultimately, I wouldnu2019t recommend St Lukeu2019s for any prenatal care. It is a shame because the doctors at Stoneridge OBGYN are exceptional, I wish they were partnered with someone other than St. Lukeu2019s.

I went this morning for my annual mammogram and my experience was fantastic. I was checked in with very little wait and Sheri at check-in was friendly and efficient. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The technician who did my imaging was excellent; she put me at ease and was nothing but kind and professional. This was my first time as a patient at this location, and I was very impressed.
