u2b50 1 starI rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I visited this urgent care expecting to be treated with basic respect and care u2014 unfortunately, I got neither.The doctor never introduced himself (which is already unprofessional), barely listened to what I had to say, and made me feel rushed and dismissed. None of my concerns were addressed, and I left feeling exactly the same as when I walked in u2014 except now I was frustrated and still in need of medical attention.If youu2019re looking for a place that values your time, listens to your symptoms, and treats you like a human being, look elsewhere. This visit felt like a waste of time and energy.Do better.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the comfort I felt during this visit. Of special note, the doctor, on the spot, consulted with the referring doctor in my presence and made adjustments in the medicines being prescribed. I've never before experienced such a thing. Many thanks again.

Terrible place!Only use this place if your willing to wait in an empty waiting room for 1 hour while the Dr. Is watching videos and making you wait Because it's more professional to make you wait....!Not once was I sitting with sick kids in a deserted waiting room, for 40 min to an hour, and there were absolutely no patience coming or going, with 1 Dr and some nurses sitting around, and I can hear them watching TikTok in the back. Also just so you know, they're doing you a favor by letting you in..... The attitude is terrible!And the fact that they're always empty tells you everything!

I have no complaints. The nurse was very professional and polite. She took care of myself and my daughter. The Dr was also nice. In 30 minutes was on our way home.

Been here a total of 3 times, only had 1 good experience. (My first visit)Due to tonightu2019s service, I will be going to a more professional establishment. I had an accident with glassware and cut myself, pretty deep. From the start the female receptionist spoke to me in a condescending manner. Forgive me, I didnu2019t know what a tetanus shot was, I didnu2019t even know it was a shot at the time. She just asked if I had been pregnant in the last 10 years, if so, then I probably do. Cool u2026u2026?The guy receptionist brought me in and asked a couple questions, basically asking if I was updated with shots and explained a little bit more than the girl receptionist. He said he doesnu2019t think I will need a tetanus shot with glass but I need to wait for the doctor and see.Waited 30 mins just for the doctor, she ended saying I have to go to the ER because THEIR XRAY IS DONE FOR THE NIGHT. DONE FOR THE NIGHT. Really? You couldnu2019t have told me this from the start or was it shutting down AS I waiting?u2026.Let me just say I also overheard the 2 receptionist in the front before I was called, and it says a LOT. The guy asked the girl why do you want to be a nurse? The girl replies u201cthe moneyu201du2026.Do yourself a favor, find a better place to check your health. You only live once. Clearly, they donu2019t care. They rather have money in their pockets and go home early.**** I also know, when they see this review. (Judging by the other horrible reviews) They will also respond in an automated robot response. Donu2019t care enough to give a heartfelt response. Just copy and paste. That says a lot ****
