The front staff should greet people not just blurt out- Do you have an appointment as people are walking in. A hi or how can I help you would be more professional. The wait time is pretty long- even with an appointment. Everyone that we have dealt with- taking temperatures, providers we see, etc. have been so nice and friendly. They are all caring and very nice. Overall, the experiences there are good. :-)

My daughter fainted out of no where so we brought her here. She has to have an EKG and lots of tests. For an 11 year old it was a very scary experience. The doctor and the nurses did an amazing job calming her down and making her feel better about the whole situation. They did amazing.

Love this place. It's clean, staff is friendly, doctors are great, you get in and out fast even faster if you make an appointment. It's hardly ever packed. It's are go to for urgent care.

I would love to have someone reach out from this facility but I went to this urgent care facility in November. The first np was amazing. The 2nd told me that I did not have a fever and nothing was wrong and amazingly he said my xray was normal. Well here we are months later and I had to have lung surgery. No it did not stem all from the one np. But he said he was a teaching doctor and that my Dr at Cedars was wrong about a several things. The rest of the staff was amazing but from what I have found Mr Mercado you are a np not a md. Nothing against np or pa's they are amazing but don't portray you are someone you are not.

Just left here. Went in to be seen for my sick symptoms. Iu2019ve been sick since April 6th. The whole staff was friendly. The Doctor who helped was very compassionate and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I felt heard and seen as a patient not as a price tag. Because Iu2019m a self pay patient. I came in as a walk in and was taken care of right away even with need a chest xray I was in and out. Itu2019s not like those clinics you have to wait hours upon hours.
