Dr Hoffman is an amazing pcp.She has taken care of my mom for 5 years. She is very knowledgeable, listens and we never feel rushed. She is very thorough and makes sure all of our concerns and needs are met. She is very hard working and replied back to portal messages, lab results etc., promptly. She is very hard working and we appreciate her so much!

Before coming here, I had went through 3 primary care doctors over the last 10-15 years. I found the one! Dr. Hoffman is excellent and very professional. She truly listens to your concerns. I also like how she explains her thoughts for treatment thoroughly and provides patient options, when possible. Iu2019ve recommended her to friends, which I never do. I recommend this place and Dr. Hoffman wholeheartedly.

I have my primary care physician through SCL health. Less than a month ago, I made an appointment for a virtual visit. 30 minutes before my virtual visit I got a call from the receptionist staff stating that they wouldn't be able to see me due to the fact that my need stemmed from an auto accident.. It was very odd and I wish I could get more detail on this review but I really felt that that was an unfair practice and it doesn't make sense why I wouldn't be able to be seen if that's my primary care provider.

Made a video appointment online- was sent a link to sign up for their app which was REQUIRED AFTER the appointment started. I Called on to clarify and make sure I could still make the appointment and the receptionist told me I needed to check in on the app 20 minutes prior to the appointment...I asked her how I would have done that and she told me since they where not my primary care they would not see me anywayIf your not allowing people to get i to their visits why be on a platform for anyone to schedule an appointment

We had a visit with nurse practioner cortny priz. During this visit we asked for our babies one year immunization shorts we were told in person by the nurse practioner we can't get the immunization shots because you don't have insurance. My husband kindly said we are going to pay out of pocket but the nurse practioner replied you can get insurance first and then make another appointment when you are insured because the shost cost thousandsof dollars my husband said no we need to get her shots and we will set up payments the nurse practioner did the physical portion of the appointment then left. When she returned she had this paperwork and said you can leave now. My husband asked about the shost again and the nurse said no you can leve now. When my husband told me about the visit I ended up calling the help line to get more info on what happened. The person I got through the help line could only see the notes from the visit which read the father was unsure about babies one year immunization shots and the person on the help line put in for a call back. With the way the notes were worded makes me fell like the nurse practioner was trying to play the adults against each other. I also feel like my daughter was refused health care due to the lack of insurance. Even though we have applied for medicaid already we just did this dr visit out of pocket due to medicaid not taking affect yet. I'm really upset about this visit and if I could put less than no stars I would.
