I went in last night (4/12) and had the best experience Iu2019ve ever had with the staff there. The nurses too amazing care of me, one of the was very informative and explained everything she was doing when taking my vitals and my blood. And the other nurse was so kind and caring and spoke with me as if I was a family member. The doctor was very kind as well and very informative. This is how any medical situation should be handled!

When Iu2019m sick and I need Urgent Emergency services I always choose this place& this location. The staff is friendly, attentive,& very punctual. The doctor sat down with me personally and discussed my health concerns as well as any recommendations for me to take to my PCP. I went in feeling awful and they did everything to help me feel better and sent home adequate prescriptions for my symptoms. I donu2019t want to be sick but if and when I am I will always come here.

Pros: very convenient to Bellaire, little or no wait timenCons: patient registration done through online system at facility. Even though we provided current insurance, system apparently did not update info from a previous visit, leading to billing issues.nAlso, patient was not consulted about hospital choice in case of need for transfer.nOverall, well meaning staff and doctors, but will go somewhere else next time.
