I have never had to write a review for a business before, but my visit there compelled me to. Going to this urgent care was the worst experience I have ever had on 4/4/25. I waited from 1:35 pm to 4 pm with 1 other person in the lobby. I asked the receptionist multiple times when I would be taken, and she kept saying you're the next person when I was not. When handing over my insurance, she told me that the insurance had covered the visit, and she straight-up lied to my face. The insurance only covered $100, and my family then owed $300 out of their own pockets (just found that out today.) When finally taken (almost a full 2.5 hours later of sitting there), it took another 35 minutes for the doctor to come into the room. I was completely enraged. I had a rash that had spread, which I was putting Benadryl on, that had lasted for weeks. The doctor told me that she DID NOT KNOW what it was and just told me to keep doing what I had been doing. I waited 3.5 hours for her to tell me that. She prescribed me nothing. I left the room and screamed at the receptionist because of how unprofessional and horrible this visit was. This being the only urgent care on Rowan's campus is completely unfair and depressing. I will never EVER be returning here. It was my first time there and definitely my last! Please, Rowan students, if you are sick or concerned about something, don't give your money and hours of your time to this sad excuse for an urgent care. I wish it was possible to give 0 stars on this review as they don't even deserve one. AV.

This evening. I took my husband to Inspira Urgent Care, Glassboro for a sprained ankle. We were immediately acknowledged upon entering. Receptionist Yaz was professional, courteous and called everyone by name. She knew what she was doing and got the paperwork done quickly. I should know as I didn't have my phone on me; so I people watched. Nurse Elaine was nice, listened and explained what will happen next. Doctor Telesmanick and nurse Elaine attentive and caring. The Doctor explained the care of a sprain, offered a boot and crutches, if the healing took more than four days what to do next.Nurse Elaine even went so far as to put the boot on my husband's sprained ankle and to make sure he understood how to walk in it. She made sure we kept all our paperwork for insurance purposes. I was very impressed. Receptionist Yaz acknowledged us when we left. I felt both my husband and I were well taken care of.

This place is terrible. First off I walk in to a young girl with so much lip gloss the white started caking up around her mouth. I couldn't find my insurance card, due to my baby playing in my wallet ud83dude44 My fault. But theres no way they can look my insurance up why would I have to pay either $165 or $275 to be seen? Now I have a big blood clot in my arm and you turn me away? Wow urgent care!! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Last time I was here because I got injured at work and they told me nothing was wrong with my eye when indeed it was. Oh and you will be sitting in the lobby for hours even if it's one person or even no one in front of you.

Went here today with a friend using self pay option. The receptionist told us they have two fees for self pay visits, either $140 or $275 but never explained why one would be higher. She went into the back to ask someone else how much to charge. Friend was told the visit would be $275. We proceeded to the exam room and vitals were taken and urine sample collected to test for UTI. Nurse practitioner came in with the UTI results and said best option would be for us to head over to the ER for further testing. We paid $275 for results for a UTI test kit we could have gotten for $20 at CVS. Wonu2019t ever be back here and will be sure to tell friends and family about this scam they are running where they just make up prices for the visit. Better off visiting AFC where they at least show you the breakdown of costs and a urinalysis is over $100 cheaper. Scam of a lifetime and we wonu2019t be back.

Awful! Waited over 2 hours for telehealth appointment. I finally called and they said sorry for the confusion but you need to also call after scheduling online. I was transferred to the rudest woman (who apparently was the scheduler for that location). She said she could not do a telehealth for my symptoms and if I came in, they will probably send me to the ER. (I do not have severe enough symptoms to clog up the ER). Could be she gave me valid info, but her rude manner was not warranted or professional.
