I was not sure how I would do a rating on Inova because a week ago my wife showed up early and was told no nurse or NP or anyone was going to be in until 1 pm and so we had to go to Vienna Urgent care where there was no issue. Today however after an hour wait for a walk-in I was seen and the nurse and Doug was efficient and courteous. I will rate it based on both visits and hope management can figure out what happened a week ago.

I love seeing Luna Asrar! She is so unbelievably sweet and always listens to my concerns. I have been seeing her for more then a year now and really like her. She also helped me with a leg injury and helped suggest some knee braces and medication to take. I refer her to my friends all the time :)

Dr Navarro is a good doctor, who actually cares about his patients, but the nurses are terrible (when they're not busy chatting away together), but the front desk/phone schedulers are the worst. How hard is it to be human and say hello when picking up a phone? Or when a patient calls back as the doctor has to reschedule the appointment, the schedulers just says, ok so YOUre cancelling, and hangs up the phone? Why would these people be hired for any professional company, nevermind a medical office where people need help! Even on the portal the nurse responding to messages seems unable to comprehend simple questions & symptoms. I seriously question inova's hiring policies & standards. Any other company would have fired most of the staff here based only on how they talk to patients on the phone!

I have had many visits to here and other medical clinics, offices and hospitals with sick family members over the past years. Personally, I cannot stand going to the doctor.nThis Inova facility has greatly improved its process. Got a simple physical with Dr. Suzi Chung, but I avoided getting one for 10 years, so not simple to me. The check in has been streamlined, the lobby renovated, the desk staff and the intake nurse (too nervous to get her name) who got me started were all top notch and made it go smoothly. Dr. Chung also was aware I was anxious and helped me get back on track with my helathcare, arranging some tests and holding off some until I feel more confident.nSo thanks to the whole staff for the couresty and professional care, and I highly recommend Inova Primary Care at Ashburn.

Absolutely horrible service. Find another provider!nnMy experience here has been the worst among all providers Iu2019ve used in the past 29 years or so.nnFrom operations, to quality of care, this place sucks. Thereu2019s no sugar coating.nnI relocated to the area and needed a new provider. Chose this place and Dr. Asrar because of proximity and availability. I shouldu2019ve known u201cavailabilityu201d is a signal that I should avoid this place!nnWhen I arrived for my routine visit, the PA with the attitude questioned every legitimate request I had. Then the Doctor arrived. She couldnu2019t wait to get the hell out! If I explain my family history, every legitimate doctor will automatically prescribe a routine round of tests. Well, apparently not here!nnI had to explain my way through a few routine tests. After a few days, I realized a number of basic tests were still missing. Called back and realized they were never ordered!!!nnI had to book another appointment, wait for almost an hour (of course they were running later and had no ETA) to give more blood!nnAt the end, the doctor messaged me that she thought I was there because not for annual exam but for acute issues. Not sure why but thatu2019s also concerning the doctor doesnu2019t know why sheu2019s seeing you. No apologies!nnFor a family doctor, you want someone who gets to know you and tracks your health. I would avoid this practice.
