Access Medical always makes it easy to schedule an appointment and check in. The staff is friendly and really cares about you. They take the time to get to know you before providing treatment. They explain everything so you know what is going on and answer your questions. Even when I feel bad they provide a positive place to go. The follow up is wonderful as well. Highly recommend them!

I called to make an appointment over the phone. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile, because I had an appointment I didn't have to wait long. The ladies at the clinic were lovely and the doctor was quite efficient. I got the information I needed and diagnosis, along with tips to feel better and alternatives in case my prescription was not covered by my insurance which it was not. I highly recommend this clinic!

I had to use an urgent Care facility a few months ago. I gave that facility one star.nMy insurance allowed me to choose my urgent care center. This time I chose Access medical.nThe wonderful woman at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind, courteous and professional. She was able to answer every one of my questions. Which is unbelievable because on my experience most staff these days are not well informed. The waiting room was almost full yet I did not have to wait but not too long . The nurse that check me in had a very positive personality and made me feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about the medical care provider. Exceptional! Thank you so much everyone at Access medical.!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was amazing from check-in all the way through treatment. Every step was fast, efficient and thorough. Each person I encountered listened to my personal situation and acted in the best interest of my treatment. The practitioner took extra time to recommend additional things I could do at home to aid my recovery. So grateful! u2665ufe0f

Not real impressed with this place at all. PA seemed not very knowledgeable about what she could do for treatment. Was more worried about treating high blood pressure versus treating the pain I was having due to having gout. If you treat the pain, the blood pressure will go down. Funny that I went to another urgent care and they did treat my blood pressure along with the gout I have. Pretty simple when actually know what youu2019re doing. They gave me colchicine and it will get rid of the gout. So no I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone I know.
