I have been a patient for over 30 years, starting when they were Old Schoolhouse. When Dr Baker retired, things started to tank. Once they joined FMC and Sara was no longer an NP (she was absolutely top notch) it was over for me. I saw someone else, Breanna May and it was upsetting and laughable. I have never met a more condescending, incompetent, dismissive so-called medical professional in my lifetime. In addition to that, prescription refill time frame went from 24 to 72 hours. More than once I had to call after 72 hours because medications still hadnt been called in. This happened again 2 weeks ago. I needed 3, one of which was an anxiety medication I've been taking for 11 years. It took 5 days for the 1st two, and the anxiety med was withheld with the unacceptable she needs to see you. No, she does not and never will. The week of the Christmas holiday, which is stressful, I was left with no medication . Between this and the horrible NP, I sought a new provider. I am grateful I found someone so I never have to set foot in this shit show of an office that's staffed.with incompetent, unempathetic staff. It is sad to leave a practice after decades but I'd rather jump off a mountain than deal w this office. Avoid Breana May. You can do better!

I had my first appointment with Doctor BANZHAF last week and I just want to leave a review. This is the first time in years that I have felt like a medical professional actually listened to me. She was so great and understanding and seemed to really care. Iu2019m so happy I was recommended here.

He is no longer with Fairfield medical and no one can tell me where he went. I assume he was fired, because it was abrupt. I really liked him though
