The care our family has received here has always been exceptional when seeing NP Shannon.He has treated all of us at least a few times with the care he'd give his own family. This is by far the best urgent care. The office is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and quick. The doctors are good, friendly, and quick as well - I saw Shannon. I was in and out in like 20-30 minutes. Will keep coming here.

Shannon has been the most amazing caring doctor ever! We have been there one too many times recently. For sickness to stitches and everytime it has been Shannon. My daughter might not be his biggest fan right now ud83eudd23 this is the best urgent care downriver I won't go anywhere else if my doctor or their pediatrician is not available.

This is my second time at this Urgent Care on 1-6-23 and I will always choose them. The staff are amazing and thorough. Iu2019ve seen Amy Martina both times and she is fabulous. I wish I could see her as my primary care practitioner. She explains everything and even followed up with me the next day! She is so compassionate and so very smart. Kyle MA was awesome. He took me back at the last minute and never complained. They only cared about me getting care. This team is awesome! I appreciate them very much. I cannot stress enough, how well you are taken care of at Downriver medical associates urgent care. The waiting time is not long. Everyone you see including the person at the front desk seems to really care about you. They listen to you and treat you with the best care. In one case a family member was told they needed to go over to the hospital, which is right across the street. And they called ahead So the hospital was ready when they got there.
