Moved to Mountain Grove a year ago. Since then everyone in my family for one reason or another has been to this clinic. The doctor was understanding and kind. It's nice to see that good family clinics are still available and affordable.

I went there one time with strep throat. I have medicaid and the co pay was $2.00 and of course they didn't tell me I had to pay a Co pay when I talked to them on the phone. (before I never paid a co pay) They absolutely refused to see me unless I had 2$ they wouldn't even let me charge it. How can doctors refuse you even though you have insurance. What has this world come too. Anyways I do not recommend going to the walk in clinic

My wife recently called ahead and described her symptoms around 4:15. The receptionist was condescending and placed her on hold until 4:30 then briefly told her they werenu2019t taking anymore patients.nnI normally donu2019t rate 1 star, but in this case you are actively refusing to help someone in their time of need when they are sick. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot recommend anyone go here no matter how well their service is past their receptionist.
