Dr. Hernandez and the dentist assistants are the best. He is sweet, kind, and generous. He keeps me well informed with everything he does. He did my implant a few years ago. I had no complications or infections because everything was sterile. I ended up staying on as a permanent patient for all my dental care. He also recently did my crown on a tooth that had a filling that fell out three times over the years. The office staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. The office can get busy because patients are happy with their dental needs, so they keep coming back.

The entire staff was great. I scheduled a visit for my mother to come in and get a new set of dentures. The text were all great. The doctor was wonderful and the manager Morgan is wonderful. They were so understanding on my mother, having dementia they understood her nervousness and allowed me to sit in with her. Her dentures look wonderful. And she is smiling from ear to ear. I would definitely recommend affordable dentures and implants to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE. It seems this office is understaffed, which may have been a factor. My dad had his molding done (all was good) and then went in for his fitting. The dentures didn't fit, and the tech YANKED OUT HIS DENTURES improperly, yanked MULTIPLE times because the dentures were stuck, and hurt my father greatly. The office was very apologetic, but his mouth was swollen for OVER TWO WEEKS. My poor 74-year old dad who is tough as nails has experienced so much PAIN AND SUFFERING from this business. Fortunately for them I am not the litigious type. My dad went to another business to get his dentures and had a completely different experience (no pain). BUYER BEWARE. If I could give zero stars, I would. They do not even deserve 1 star. My father's last name is Villanueva, and this occurred November 2024.

Don't hesitate to use this business for your implants.nnMy implant turned out beautifully. The cost for everything was $2,000 less than my ex-dentist quoted me!nnThis is a warm, human, casual, and comfortable dental practice. The dentist, Dr. Schwandt, is steadfastly, carefully sure-footed, and obviously wants to do a great job, which he does. He is a kind person with humility. All the staff are lovely people.nThe equipment and technology used are stunningly fantastic. Best in the valley.nnEvery step of the way, I was provided education and an explanation of what was going on. Injections were gentle. Dr Schwandt's implant has no odor. It is too early to know if the tooth will come loose, but I noticed it had a totally different type of hardware than I had in the past. No expense was spared. The implant was tightly packed with extra bone and then stitched closed to prevent any loss of the material. They did not charge me for every little thing, nor did they behave miserly with their time. Never did I feel like my mouth was their next vacation.nnNot the case with my previous dentist, (part of a 5-office business in the mid Willamette valley). There, I got 3 implants, 2 of which constantly smell bad and repeatedly come loose. One implant failed so badly that it had to be drilled out of my bone and redone, opening my sinus to my mouth for months. A bone graft, if used at all, would fall out for days after it was placed. A temporary tooth was extremely expensive and not included. Time was always billed. Asking them to fixing a mistake was resented. Details were overlooked. Twice, serious medical errors were made, one of which almost killed a family member.nSound familiar?nnIn other words, at Affordable Dentures and Implants, I had a superior job done for a much more affordable price and was treated with competence, care, fairness, respect, and kindness in the process.

I received permanent dentures from this group, once permanently placed they had pieces of the adhesive left on my teeth they scratch my mouth and move back and forth around my gums, I was also told that I could floss my dentures, there isn't any space between my teeth and I'm concerned that this will affect my overall health. I will visit another dental office to assess my issues and help me to have a better experience. The only good thing I can say is that the office staff is nice.
