My husband and I went on a Saturday afternoon for an eye infection. The intake/front desk rep Stacey, medical tech Eugenia and doctor on staff for urgent care (Mildred NP) were outstanding. They were timely and helped us get in and out hassle-free and was able to get our prescription called in so we could make pharmacy. Great service and I will refer family and others if they need care. We used to do Ft Wash hospital or Waldorf PT first but this is our new place if needed.

I really want to give a better review because we need a good urgent care in Fort Washington but the service was very slow. NP was nice. She had them do an X-ray and told me it would take 12 hrs to get results back. I have now waited 24 hrs and still no results back. I know it does not take 24 hrs to get the results of a chest X-ray back! Whatu2019s the point of having an X-ray machine if you canu2019t know what the results are in a timely manner???. Ridiculous!

3 stars ONLY because of the front desk woman- she's super duper rude and yells at you like she's doing some favor for you! Cuts you in the middle of the conversation. Terrible manner to talk to your patients, even if you happen to call their place she's UNPLEASANT. Please teach her some basic manners to talk to people otherwise your patients would rather not prefer to follow up because of her (I'm not going to call back again because of her).nApart from that the nurse practitioner and her other lab assistants were VERY NICE, COMPETENT and Helpful. The NP did her best to help me.

I have become a PCP patient after the excellent care utilizing urgent care. The staff makes a dreaded DR apt feel like you are family and can always depend on them. No more traveling 30 plus minutes for a reliable, friendly, clean setting!!!!!

Showed up at 4:45pm and the waiting area was empty. I checked in really quick. I heard the staff talking the whole time. It is now 6:10pm and I have not been seen by any doctor. This will be my last time going to this place. Its like you are being help hostage in an empty hospital. Please do not come here if you want fast service. I will continue to go to the hospitals in VA.
