My 15 yo kiddo came in for her physical and we met Dr. Duffy for the first time. She was amazing. So kind, so thorough. She spoke to my kiddo respectfully and offered positive reinforcement for healthy behaviors we're working on at home. Dr. Duffy was great and my kiddo (who doesn't warm up to new people easily) asked if we can keep her as our new doctor. Unfortunately, we were very VERY sad to learn that the practice will be closing at the end of June, 2025. We're crossing our fingers that we will be able to follow Dr. Duffy to her next practice.

Still the best pediatrician office in town. Our kiddo was sick and I called and received a same day appointment. Front desk person was kind and friendly. The waiting room wait was less than 5 minutes and the pediatrician was very knowledgeable and made our sick kiddo feel confident that she will get better soon. Very detailed exam even for a sick visit and the prescriptions went straight to the pharmacy and fortunately ready for us to pick up on our way home. 5 STARS ud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1f

I have had a great experience with Dr. West. However, the front office is inefficient and borderline rude at times. Making an appointment is difficult since the phones are not always answered and follow up is not completed when a request is sent through the portal. On several occasions I have had to follow up with getting prescriptions sent to the pharmacy despite being assured they would be sent immediately.

Ive been at the practice for 21 years (3 kids). Always thorough. We miss Dr. Levy, new staff is great. Only complaint is the wait time to actually see Dr. 8:30 appt Dr came in at 9:15

So thereu2019s a nasty cold/ flu going around I called for an appointment and was able to get in the same day. When arriving I did wait for an hour which is ok to me, but there was a doctor that came in that usually doesnu2019t see Summer and boy was I so happy to have had her see us. She was so nice and kind to myself and Summer sheu2019s expressed her gratitude on how well of a job my husband and I did with Summer being sick etc so that was a plus itu2019s always a pleasure to be able to know someone else cares and not just saying things because itu2019s their job. So Iu2019m so sorry I forgot the doctors name but thank you and you were awesome as well as the rest of the staff especially including the nurse we had throughout the visit
