Amazing!! Have been twice- first time about six months ago, where they cut a lot off and completely changed the shape of my hair. It was a bit startling, but I trusted it, I knew they did what was necessary to revamp my hair which had honestly been neglected/damaged for years. And they did indeed bring it back to life! Iu2019m posting this review after having gone to curl oasis for the second time, about two weeks ago just for a small trim. They did an amazing job again, shaping my hair beautifully and giving my curls exactly what they needed to be their best selves! I will add that both times I went, after they washed my hair, put some styling products, and usedthe diffuser, I thought my hair looked absolutely wacky- but that has much more to do with just the fact that my curls look best when theyu2019re air dried and not about the skills of the stylists there. I will also add that I use the curly world products and the bamboo towel. They are absolutely perfect for me. I have dry, pretty thin hair, so I would recommend those products to anyone else who does too.

I had my apprehensions about allowing anyone to touch, let alone cut my curly hair. This is the choppiest, most horrendous haircut Iu2019ve ever had. The first photo is the end result, and ultimately how I left the salon.Upon my arrival, I specified to the stylist that I didnu2019t want more than an inch taken off my hair. All I wanted was to take care of the slight unevenness in the back of my hair, which I also explicitly stated in their new client survey. My replies in the survey were reviewed and discussed at the beginning of my appointment, which I suppose was intended to alleviate any confusion. That was unsuccessful. I had five inches taken off of the front of my hair instead, leaving me with bangs that I did not want nor ask for (theyu2019re very uneven too, which is painfully humorous). Adi, my stylist, specifically said u201cNot going to give you bangs or anything, just going to even out the front pieces real quick.u201d Evidently there were no misunderstandings about my specific request, so this is a blatant lack of skill. To top things off, the back of my hair is ten times more uneven than when I got here! All I could do when I saw the finished result of my hair in the salon was cry. Adi was very apologetic. They gave me a full refund, which while a nice gesture, does not bring back the five inches of hair that took me nearly a year to grow. Nor does it restore the irreparable damage that was caused by this shaggy, uneven haircut. As someone who struggles to love their curls, this definitely took the last bit of confidence that I had left. They offered to fix the cut, but understandably I donu2019t trust this salon after having such a mortifying experience. Nothing can change what happened though, so if anything I hope this can help any other coily-headed girlies who are on the fence about making an appointment with this salon. Take it from me, stay home. Iu2019m going to have to cut off so much more hair just to fix the damage that was caused by Oasis. Thereu2019s definitely better options out there for us. Oasis is a sanctuary of love and joy. I have been getting my hair done here for over 15 years and will never go anywhere else. And still, they leveled up! I took my 4 yo, sensory sensitive son for his first beauty shop hair cut. I was terrified to tell the truth, but Syd and the entire Oasis staff were AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!!!!! From science experiments, to wiggle breaks, to explaining everything to him. They out did themselves and showed what true humanity in this crazy world means.

Honestly, its about time I write a review for this salon. Iu2019ve always been insecure about my hair and i never knew what products to use or how to do my hair. My father is from Mexico and I got his hair type. My mother is Caucasian and has straight hair. I always wanted to embrace my natural hair but didnu2019t know how. I found this place on google and it has changed my life. My hair used to have the wet hair look and now it looks so curly and healthy. The priced are manageable and the staff is so sweet. Iu2019ve been going here for a year and Iu2019ve seen how long Iu2019ve been on my journey ud83eude77 If you need guidance on your curly hair or just want to go to a salon thats experience in it, I would fully recommend this place. came in for the first time for a haircut. The stuff here are incredible. Sydney (syd) cut my hair and was such a joy to work with. She not only explained and answered all the questions i had about my hair and any concerns i was dealing with, but she fixed them for me and chose products based on my specific hair. I strongly recommend her. Even before starting the haircut she gave me a short consultation asking me all about my hair and my concerns i may be dealing with. i really appreciate how they truly personalize your appointment for YOUR HAIR. From her welcoming energy, to her skill with all curl types, iu2019m definitely coming back. I was then passed on to Alex, who added on to the wonderful experience. She washed my hair so gently and explained every single step she was doing and even provided a mirror for me to watch so i could replicate it at home. THE NECK AND HEAD MASSAGE she gave me, while a mask sat in my hair, I never experienced anything like that in my life. It was the most relaxing thing. she actually put in effort to press into my muscles and didnu2019t rush it AT ALL. I felt so cared for. I wish i thanked her some more because she deserves it. And while she conditioned my hair, she softly brushed through it with her fingers and treated my hair with so much care as if it was her own. The staff here is beautiful, everybody smiles and welcomes you. You donu2019t feel out of place here, you donu2019t feel judged, and they listen to you with open ears. This place has amazing customer service as well as high quality products. I ended up buying all the products they used on my hair that day. Thank you for transforming my curl routine u2764ufe0f I will be back.
