I had a great experience at this urgent care. The doctor was incredibly caring and took all the time needed to listen and address my concerns without making me feel rushed. It really made a difference during a stressful moment. The hours were also very convenient, which made it easy to get the care I needed without having to wait days for an appointment. On top of that, the front desk staff was warm and welcomingu2014especially the young woman at the front, who was extremely cordial and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Gu2019s Urgent Care provides the type of care I havenu2019t experienced in a long time! Iu2019m so glad I found them. Beginning with a professional and friendly front desk administrator, to nurses who are natural and caring, a PA who is knowledgeable and explains as he examines to a full service pharmacy on site! If you have a busy schedule or just want to be treated like a human, this is the only place to go. Itu2019s further from my home than other care facilities but based on the reviews, I went there and Iu2019m glad I did.

The positive is I believe the doctors are decent and the wait time was reasonable. The supporting staff was less than professional and lacking in training and medical knowledge. There was a lot of loud talking between them, unprofessional dialogue and language. My husband could hear them in the waiting room and almost came back to my room to take me somewhere else. I almost left. The doctor finally came in to see me and was knowledgeable and kind. I have a degree in nursing and have practiced even though I am now retired. The inside is very basic and kind of cringe if I am being honest . They did call the next day to check on me and I appreciated that too .

The best urgent care by a long shot!! The providers listen and donu2019t down play your symptoms and the waiting itu2019s very minimal. I had to come to them when my PCP donu2019t listen to me and down play my symptoms. A provider that listens to you in regards to your heath talks volume about their professionalism and their expertise in the medical fieldu2026 I am a recurrent patient over and over. They are worth the ride to their location in South Dixie in Lake Worth!!! The best!!!

The staff at the Delray Beach location is absolutely wonderful. From reception to pharmacy (including X-ray), I was treated so incredibly well. Service was fast and I was in and out in just one hour!nnItu2019s never pleasant to be injured but these folks truly care about you! Thanks so much!
