As a lifetime Gold Elite member, Iu2019ve always appreciated the Marriott brand, but unfortunately, this stay at the Orlando World Center Marriott missed the mark.nnI arrived at 3:30pm (with check-in listed at 4pm), but my room wasnu2019t ready until nearly 6pm. I had to leave for an event without being able to freshen up or even access my room, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, I couldnu2019t get out of the parking lot when trying to leave.nnSunday evening, we grabbed food at Velocity. The meal was ready and set behind the bar but was forgotten due to how busy the staff was u2014 it sat there for about 10 minutes before they remembered. When we went to pay and charge it to the room, the system was down, adding more inconvenience.nnGiven our room wasnu2019t ready until nearly 6pm and we didnu2019t return from our event until 11pm, I requested a late checkout. The best they could offer was 1pm u2014 not exactly a generous gesture under the circumstances.nnThat said, the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. A standout during my stay was Maria Perez at the Elite desk u2014 she was phenomenal, helpful, and truly embodied the kind of service Iu2019ve come to expect from Marriott.nnI assume this was an off night, but for the price, Iu2019d likely choose Gaylord Palms next time. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience for others in the future.

We had an incredible weekend stay at the Marriott World Center. The service was excellent from check-in to check-outu2014warm, professional, and attentive at every turn.nnThe resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with spacious, clean rooms and well-maintained grounds. We especially loved the water parku2014plenty of fun for kids and adults, with slides, a lazy river, and a great layout. The laser light show in the evening was a fantastic surpriseu2014an impressive, high-energy experience that really made the nights feel special.nnThis property truly goes above and beyond. Canu2019t wait to return!

This is one of my favorite resorts! Service is incredible from beginning to end. Amenities are amazing! Restaurants are divine. The am buffet at longitude and latitude is incredible. Great for a family and romantic for a couple . Ton of fun. You donu2019t even have to leave this resort there is so much to do and see. The Disney fireworks from our balcony were spectacular. Close to Disney and many other places. Extremely easy to Uber to and from. You wonu2019t regret staying here. Marriott standards to the utmost.

I recently stayed at the Marriott World Center in Orlando for a work recognition event and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my visit.nnOne of the highlights was the amazing massage I received at the spa, along with the relaxing steam room that helped me unwind. The pool and bar area were also great spots to relax and socialize.nnOverall, I highly recommend the Marriott World Center for both work and leisure staysu2014it's a wonderful location with excellent amenities and service!

Friday night all the families checked in for their soccer, basketball and baseball tournaments. So if you are one of those people than you donu2019t mind the chaos. If you are trying to have a nice vacation forget it. All the pool chairs had towels draped over them reserving them for the day by 9AM. Itu2019s not the hotels fault itu2019s just for me a stay away hotel. Weu2019ll find someplace else to stay the next time we are in town.
