Worst telemedicine service ever! This is NOT a doctor on call; rather a useless practitioner who doesnu2019t have the same authority to treat patients. In my case, the practitioner merely reviewed my medical historyu2014she did not help by treating me. Instead, she said her doctor doesnu2019t allow her to treat me with my medical history over the phone, and that I needed to go into the office to be seen in person the next day. (Two big things wrong here: I completed my medical history on their app before the appointment, so why didnu2019t their app reject me as a telemedicine patient? And secondly, FastMed billed me over $300 for what equated to a referral service for their officeu2014I received no treatment although I was quite ill because they donu2019t have actual doctors helping patients!) I immediately called another telemedicine service, Doctors on Demand, got an appointment right away, and spoke with a knowledgeable doctor who actually TREATED me so I didnu2019t have to go out and get exposed to CoVid in a waiting room while my immune system was so compromised.nI donu2019t mind paying the bill when I actually received service, but billing sick patients over $300 when you have refused to treat them is just ethically wrong! Donu2019t use FastMed telephonically unless you want to end up paying twice, and only for a referral service from them!nAbsolutely THE WORST!!!

Terrible customer service. People are very rude, that is if you ever get anyone that answers the phone. They have complete lack of know-how. All I needed was an itemized bill and it took them months to understand what I needed (explanation of the charges) and only then they could barely explain it over the phone. All I got in the mail was a secondary statement asking for an outrageous amount of money that I had owed to them. On top of that I have never had to pay well over hundreds of dollars to just walk in the door to the urgent care. (I had a bad cough) They have prices equivalent to the ER. I called and emailed several times with no one getting back to me. One person gave me an incorrect email address to where I needed to submit a claim too. All in all I am very dissatisfied with how they handled everything. Never going to go back and I will go out of my way to discourage anyone who is thinking about visiting.

Let's just say without using colorful words this place is a joke! I hand picked the location in Concord, NC due to the location and they offer rapid results while you wait. I had a new job pending on the results so I took time off to get it done. Went in and had the company I was trying to get a job with pay over the phone (and they paid for the rapid results so they could move my hiring date up). Took the test and waited and waited and finally 30 minutes after they said I would get results the manager came out and said when they tried to send the sample, their computer froze and they would need to send this via FedEx to their lab the next day so I would need to wait 5 days to get results. Needless to say they could have tried to fix their error but no it was just something I had to deal with. Next morning after thinking on it, I called their Carey, NC admin office and explained in detail what happened and could someone please look into the situation and give me a call back. We're now nine hours later and not as much as a phone call email period. Ok the corporate office in Arizona would surely help so the only way to communicate is by leaving a message that says you should get a call back within two hours. And I should have known that was a joke as well! Trust me if this is the way you conduct your daily business, I wouldn't allow you to have a license to sell bandaids. Couldn't get less than one star or it wouldn't let me post and yes I tried!

Beware! If you must be seen by any of their locations I suggest voice recording your entire visit. Even betteru2026 find anywhere else. I lost my job due to their staff falsifying medical records. Poor customer service as well, good luck getting a response back from these worthless excuses for health care providers!

my experience I went to a center in May of 2016 for a rash, The doctor told me they did not have the equipment to take a sample and diagnosis what it was and sent me on my way. They billed medicare and my part b and collected over 170 dollars , now in late 2017 they are billing me 10.00. I can not get in touch with any personal voice to resolve this issue. I have left several messages and sent one email, corporate never answers phone personally. I don't want to pay the 10.00 but am sure they will forward to collection agency. Read the BBB rating it is pitiful, do not go there they are not equipped to handle many issues.
