I walked into the urgent care and was seen in about 10 minutes. I ended up having to have an abscess removed which the Dr. took care of. It is healing nicely. I found this urgent care to be professional, quick and caring. Would definitely go againud83dude01ud83dudc4d

We took our 3yo daughter here around 5pm on a weekday after a fall at preschool. The PM Pediatric Urgent Care in Tustin (which is awesome) was closed at the time. We were able to make an appt online. Once there, we were seen after about 20 minutes. The positives: They have X-ray capability and a tech. She was thorough about proper lead shield protection and kind to my daughter. (I am a nurse and work in radiology, so am familiar with imaging). The negatives: The provider (still unsure if MD, NP, or PA) who saw my daughter walked into the exam room and - without introduction - started pushing on my daughteru2019s swollen knee. I intervened and asked for his name. Unfortunately, I donu2019t remember it now, as this visit was about a month ago. The second negative: It is understandable to not have a radiologist on site to dictate the X-ray results, but I was told we would receive results the next day. We never received a call. I have called the office 3 times since the visit to try and get a dictation report and have yet to receive anything. In conclusion, if I wasnu2019t somewhat skilled at reading X-rays, saw there wasnu2019t an overt fracture, and her walking returning to normal, we wouldnu2019t have gotten any utility out taking our daughter here.

This place is excellent. My first time there. They are incredibly nice & caring. I do recommend making an appointment online before going. They have a lot of times to choose from. I would highly recommend this location. Will be my go to in the future. Itu2019s also super clean

Booked an appointment to avoid a long wait. Turned up on time. Reception staff were not particularly welcoming. People who came in 20 minutes after me were seen before me. Waited about an hour until I was called, followed by another 20 minutes in the examination room for a doctor to see me. Had a quick examination. Never received the test results after 3 days as promised. Went to a Memorial Urgent Care the following day and got great service. Not going back here.

Xpress Urgent Care has always been my family's urgent care of choice. All of the staff are professional, kind, and caring. I feel well taken care of and my needs are heard and met. This is a great urgent care center!
