I had a very bad experience with this branch. I have been a client for this location for many years . I always use my insurance when I come there. Recently, I scheduled an appt online ,scanned my insurance and dl. When I came in ,she told me I need to pay my copay only ,which is $25. After a couple of weeks I saw my acct was charged $180 without my permission. I called them ,they said that my insurance is not in network .And they didnu2019t bother even telling me that. Yesterday I received a bill from them for $533 . This is just ridiculous, how somebody can take advantage of people that way. It is like stealing money from people. Will definitely not stop here, I need justice . I will talk to the manager,the manager of the manager ,whoever. You can at least let people know . When people come to you with good insurance, let them know if their insurance is not in network . I would have gone to different clinic . Not stopping here !!! I will get justice .

I can only imagine how irritated everyone was because I came in not too long before they closed, but the doctor and nursing staff was great and very patient with me. I got out of there maybe 15 minutes after they closed (8pm). But Iu2019m extremely grateful considering I have strep throat and was in pain.

Recommended ct scan and was supposed to to get back with results. Called and told me didnu2019t get results and someone would call me in morning. Never did. I called and they read me a pretty scary report. I went and picked it up and ask for Dr to explain. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to go out and ask for help. A nurse came in and didnu2019t tell me anything I couldnu2019t figure out myself. All the time the Dr was sitting in office but wouldnu2019t take time to talk to me. Will never go back.

Great place! Opened a few minutes early The gentleman at the dest greeted me with a big smile . He was polite, talkative in a very polite way. We need more people in the world like him not only early in the morning but all day.nThe lady who took me back for my drug test was also very nice. Got me in and out.
