The most terrible treatment I have ever received at a care facility was at Havens Urgent Care by one Lindsey Tye. I will never return and to plan to share the heck out of my experience with everyone I know. This physicians assistant lacks professionalism, people skills, and is quite ignorant to think so much of herself that she can treat others like dirt. Don't waste your time and money going where you are unwanted and leave untreated.

It's rough being an urgent care center when it comes to reviews. You don't want to be there, you're probably in pain and you want to get help as soon as possible. Not a great recipe for an awesome experience. But I have to say, Havens was great. Dr. Trowbridge did a great job stitching me up, and her dry sense of humor was welcome - not too clinical but not too light, either. They were efficient even with a crowd, and the building was comfortable while waiting. Definitely recommended.

Went here because I needed my medications refilled while I was in transition to my new psychiatrist, I was very nervous assuming that no one could help me and was feeling very down. I was seen by Dr. Linsey Tye and OMG wow was she so helpful. She not only gladly refilled all of my meds so I would be good and not run out before my next Doc. App. But she also stayed and talked with me for about 15 minutes and was very very compassionate and a great listener. She made my day a whole lot better. She gave me her undivided attention, and that is very rare to see in Doctors these days.5 stars!

Today I visited the Havens Urgent Care.( Dr. Trowbridge is very straight foward and honest. Which is what most of us need but we dont like to hear it) It was completely evident that she does indeed care about the welbeing of others. She persisted to make sure I understood the what ifs and can happens ...and her dry sense of humor makes her funny all around. She knows her medicine and she understands people. As stubborn as we sometimes can be.. I recommend this Urgent Care on my recent exeriences and my past expereinces with other Care facilities that dont rank up...
