I will NEVER come back here EVER! The office staff are very unprofessional, and it is more than evident that patient care is NOT at the top of their list. I arrived for my appointment and was basically rushed from start to finish. My appointment was at 3:45, upon arrival I was advised they close at 4:00. Well you shouldnu2019t have that time slot available so close to closing. THIS WAS STRIKE 1. The nurse comes out and gets me, as Iu2019m telling her my symptoms she is literally rushing me and not paying any attention to what I am saying. She comes back in the room, sticks the swab in my nose and lets it sit there. WHICH IS INCORRECT and causes negative readings. As the results come back negative, which I know are inaccurate as I was tested less than 24 hours prior. Kimberly Pritchard comes in COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNINTERESTED in anything that I have to say. Iu2019m telling her my symptoms and that my breathing is being affected, she completely dismisses me. Tells me that their test are accurate and she doesnu2019t know what test I used but it was incorrect. MIND YOU I work for a Doctors office and was tested at work. She checks my ears and throat and says yeah youu2019re just inflamed hereu2019s some antibiotics. ud83dude33 MAu2019AM I literally just told you Iu2019m having trouble breathing and youu2019re more concerned with getting out of the office than the care of what I need. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the Board of Ethics as this is completely unacceptable and something needs to be done about this. Looking at the other reviews on this page I see that I am not the only person who has experience issues with this place. This is the last $108.00 they will EVER get from me or my family.

Thank you for your professionalism! The staff is always nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate the level of care that the providers give. However, there are instances that I feel like the provider does not check history for those who go there regularly or those who have established a Primary Care Physician. With this being said meds have been sent to the pharmacy that do not work, more than once. I mean Itu2019s a walk in clinic but they do have regular patients. My advice is to be stern about what meds work for you and what donu2019t work, bring a list of meds. You are your best advocate!

Refused to treat and misdiagnosed my child-she paid dearly for it. I made an appointment for my child to be tested after running a 101 plus fever for 4 days, vomiting and headache. I was told her regular FNP retired, Debbie Smith. Since she tested negative for all, Kimberly suggested she may be on the downswing of what is going on with her since she hadn't spiked a temp that day. Although I knew from my child's past several years medical history, at this same location, this would be the yearly allergy/lung illness she would have to have antibiotics to get rid of. Same crud different year. Kimberly's decision was valid. I just wish my kids medical history would have weighed in more. Well, this illness did not go away and continued to spike a 101.8 fever each day. Her dad brought her back on day 6 of 101.8 fever and vomiting. They still refused to treat her for infection. When I called Wenona Dotson and asked when and if she would treat and prescribe medication, only on day 7 of fever would she prescribe antibiotics. What tha??? But oh no she would not treat her at all since she believed my child has a viral rash that cannot be treated. You see when my kid spikes a fever her cheeks become bright pink. She also has a skin condition that causes redness and bumps on her forearms and face since she was 8 months old. Wenona told me not only I was wrong about my child's skin condition, but I guess Dr. Hazelton MD was wrong too. When my child was examined for hives or rash Wenona raised her shirt without asking or indicating she was going to lift her shirt. This woman exposed my developing daughters boobs to her dad. Made her feel so uncomfortable. Fast forward - day nine no fever but on day 10 returned and took her to a different Urgent Care. Both doctors said she did not have Fifth Disease NO RASH. She was treated for WALKING PNEUMONIA. After two long weeks, she is finally herself again.

My experience wasnt great. Not entirely sure if the staff knows this, but patients can hear every word you say outside of the exam rooms about other patients since the walls are thin... I am still here and have been waiting a little over an hour so I figured I would give my review in live time.nI have updated my review to a 3 star because Dr. Kim is sooooo nice BUT nurses, keep it down in the hall LOL
