I injured my ankle and wanted to have a doctor investigate. My wife and I went to the Trinity Health Urgent Care in Brighton. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was polite , efficient and very helpful. I waited approximately 30 minutes before I was taken to the examination room. The nurse, PA, doctor and x-ray technician were quick and examined my ankle throughly. All of these folks were extremely friendly and very professional. I was in and out in about 90 minutes. If you need Urgent Care and.you are in the Brighton area don't hesitate to seek professional help at this facility.

I was very impressed with the staff at the IHA Urgent Care East Brighton. They were thoughtful, kind and efficient. The PA listened to me, did a thorough exam, and developed a thoughtful plan, taking my age into account. I was in and out quickly. Shout out to PA Michele!!! Thank you!! Took my daughter in on April 15th for breathing issues. The doctor was amazing and caring ( I. San Souci ). Found my daughter had influenza b, causing her to have low oxygen and breathing issues. Instead of trying to get us out of there, rushing us out the door, which has happen. She gave my daughter my breathing treatment and made she was good before we left. I wish I could have her as a doctor.

Experience was a one at best. I scheduled an appointment before I arrived and from the time I checked in 20 minutes early the total time it took me to see a doctor and be treated took 2 hrs. I was experiencing flu like symptoms and I have a history of asthma. I saw PA Sofia Sars and her level of care would be a zero. I received a swab test and had flu b. Sofia Sars told me that since my symptoms started just over 48 hours ago she would not give me any medicine even with my history of asthma. She told me that there was no prescriptions that would help me and it would be horrible but I just had to suffer through it. After suffering another 3 days after my visit and 6 days with the flu I went to another doctor who gave me two scripts for prednisone and z pack due to my laboring breathing from the flu and me being asthmatic. Fortunately I visited two doctors one was good and one was horrible. Dr. Sars was the horrible one. After 2 hours she spent 5 minutes with me and did nothing and added a lot of stress to me and my body as I suffered for 3 additional days after visiting her.

PA Sarah and nurse Nicole were fabulous and cared for my daughter wonderfully. I made an appointment online and I was seen very shortly after our appointment time. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. Thank you, Sarah and Nicole, for helping my daughter feel so much better about going to the doctor.
