If you truly are interested in how fantastic and effective Dr. Harbison and her staff (especially Melvin and Ashley) are then here's my testimonial. I'll be succinct: My blood pressure is 117/77. In fact, all of my health numbers are the best that they've been in years!!! Dr. Harbison is the BEST. Full stop. No comparison. Nada. None. (Hope that I'm communicating effectively!) And her staff (especially Melvin and Ashley) are AMAZING!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Harbisonu2014she is truly the best! However, my experience with her staff has been extremely disappointing. They are consistently rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. On the rare occasions they do respond, their attitude is unpleasant. Unfortunately, after appointments with Dr. Harbison, I found myself having to deal with her staff 90% of the time, which became increasingly frustrating. Eventually, I couldnu2019t handle the negative interactions anymore and made the difficult decision to stop going.

I had previously had a wonderful experience with Dr. Harbison. I tried to return and couldn't get past leaving a message, was never called back. Came back around to give her another chance, waited over a month and a half for an appointment, thought the appointment went smoothly, but the medicine she prescribed is on backorder at all pharmacies (apparently for months now, re: Kroger and HEB pharmacy). There was no communication from her office after that. I left a voicemail within an hour of leaving her office (no one answers directly) and sent two portal messages. I will have to start over with a more available doctor. I asked for a copay refund because I was *that* disappointed. Somehow they managed to respond promptly to that message. Seriously?!

I scheduled my appointment back in November. Less than 24 hours before my appointment the offices calls me to let me know she has a meeting tomorrow and unavailable for my scheduled appointment. I was like when is the next available and they proceeded to tell me both doctors are booked until April. As a type one diabetic and also pregnant I needed my originally scheduled appointment or one nearby. After telling her my concerns the only thing they could do is reschedule for April or let me know if thereu2019s a cancellation sometime before. Very unprofessional and definitely would not recommend to anyone nor will I ever go to this office.
