New to the area, I needed an emergency dental appointment and decided to try this office. During my first visit, I was informed I needed minor work done, so I scheduled a follow-up appointment for December at 8:10 AM. I received a call and a text message beforehand, which I ignored, assuming they were confirmation reminders. Since I had already requested the day off from work and planned to attend as scheduled, I didnu2019t think much of it.On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time, only to find out my appointment had been canceled. This was frustrating, especially since the provider I was scheduled to see appeared to be availableu2014I saw him walking around as I waited for my records.As I requested my records, the manager mentioned that if I was willing to wait, I could take the next available slot if the patient scheduled for that time didnu2019t show up. When I asked what time that appointment was, she said 9:20 AMu2014nearly an hour after my original 8:10 AM slot. This confirmed that no one was scheduled during my time slot and that the next appointment wasnu2019t until much later. Yet, I was still unable to be seenu2014not because I was late, but because I didnu2019t confirm my appointment.Additionally, I noticed inconsistencies in the office's policies. The paperwork I signed stated appointments need to be confirmed 24 hours in advance, but a sign in the office said confirmations must be made by 12 PM the day prior. This inconsistency is confusing and should be addressed to avoid similar situations for other patients.I also received a text the day before my appointment at 12:39 PM that read:You have an upcoming appointment on Friday, December 2024, at 8:10 AM with Health Partners Waldorf with Bernard Finch, DDS. Please remember to arrive 15 minutes early. Please be sure to call the office if you need to reschedule. Thanks!It would have been much more helpful if the text clearly stated that my appointment had been canceled due to lack of confirmation and provided instructions to reschedule.There was also another experience where I called the office about a referral. I was told it would be sent by the end of the business day or the following morning, but I didnu2019t receive it until two full days later. To make matters worse, the email containing the referral had no message or signatureu2014just the attached document. This felt very unprofessional and left a poor impression.Lastly, reaching someone by phone is another challenge. Even if you get through, expect to be placed on hold for 5u20138 minutes.After this experience, Iu2019ve decided to look for another dental office. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and policies for future patients.

The absolute worst dentist office I have ever been to. The customer service is awful.The dentist Drills all your Teeth away to nothing then got the shade wrong on my front tooth and NEVER fixed it. Everything is awful about this dental side of the office. They ruined my entire smile And the way I eat for the rest of my life.

Idk what the hell these reviews the other people are talking about. This place is perfect fine. The staff is nice and wonderful to be around. It was my first time picking my own doctor since I moved from Glen Burnie two years ago. Them complaining about their fillings is because itu2019s supposed to feel that way after you get a filling when the numb injections they give you numbs away after the procedure is doneu2026.. itu2019s totally normal. I had 7 fillings and went through the same painu2026. This doctors/ dental office is perfect. All the staff members are wonderful

I got a filling done last month, I've had sensitivity from it up until this past Friday. My whole face is swollen and in so much pain. I called the office Friday and the voicemail said if it's an emergency dial 911. How is it they don't have an emergency number? I went to the hospital Saturday and they said it's either nerve damage or a cyst under the tooth. I call this morning and I'm told they can't get me in until may! All booked up and no one can see me because they only have one doctor! So my face is messed up and I'm in the worst pain ever due to your procedure and you can't get me into the office!?! I had no pain or sensitivity in my mouth but they said i needed a filling, now i have constant sensitivity and now a possible infection or worse. They referred me to Brenton medical and said that's all they can do. I do not recommend! Go anywhere else!Update: They drilled too deep leaving my nerve exposed, then put the filling directly on my nerve. The tooth I had no issues with now needs to be extracted.
