Most office staff were kind and caring, but it only takes one to ruin it. I worked here for months, and the best thing about that job is the customers. However, if you have health issues, no consideration from office staff. I fainted on the job, passed out for 30 min on a kitchen floor, and the office couldn't give me one hour to collect myself imbetween 10 hour shift, as I was shaking. Then the office staff, Jaida, proceeded to harass me as I tried to leave the job to take care of myself. And I had told Jaida I fainted 3x.nDon't work here if you have any health disabilities.nAlso, they require a doctors note, without offering health insurance. Only aflack. So, make sure you have insurance before applying.

When my mom started to need assistance at home we met with Roukey from Stay at Home. She was very professional and helpful. We set up care for three days a week for three hours each. Then one Sunday, my mom took a turn for the worse, and we needed 24/7 care. I called Stay at Home. They had someone at the house within a few hours and made arrangements with the caregivers to care for my mom 24/7. It was seamless and just what we needed for my mom at that time. The communication from Stay and Home was exceptional. My mom really enjoyed her caregivers and they were helpful to her and helped around the house as she needed as well. I highly recommend Stay at Home for your loved one. They were truly the best to work with!

I have been with Right At Home for nearly 5+ years now, so I have had the opportunity to witness the company's growth and change with a few administrative and staffing changes over time. For the majority of my partnership with this company, it has been a very positive learning experience for all involved, I think. Furthermore, Right At Home has been my only home health agency that I have worked with. What I have learned is that there isn't a home health agency out there that is perfect and has it all together. Mistakes happen. Therefore, despite some difficult patches here and there, I have been very satisfied with my experience with Right At Home. The caregivers they have matched me with have been wonderful, despite a very few, and I get along well with the office staff. My only piece of constructive criticism I will provide is I feel the office staff needs to do a better job relaying information to one another, as well as to their caregivers. For instance, I have had times where I call the office to let them know of any changes or adjustments that need to be made to my schedule or care plan, and depending on who I have talked to, they may not always relay that information to other staff members in the office, and if I call back and speak with someone else, they aren't always aware of what I am referring to, so I think more communication among staff members in the office would be more helpful, that way everyone is on the same page.nAlso, I think it would be beneficial office staff communicated more with their caregivers about schedule changes, etc. I have heard on multiple occasions that they will switch a caregiver's schedule and put them with a different client without them communicating the changes with their caregivers first.

Mom's caregivers are great! She enjoys their company and I love not worrying about her during the week. It takes very special people to do this work and they have found some of the best!
